All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping page for details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@adaptbiosciences.com and we will arrange a replacement.

7. Product Quality

We guarantee ≥99% purity on all products as verified by independent third-party HPLC analysis. A Certificate of Analysis is provided with every order. If a product does not meet the stated purity, we will replace it at no charge.

8. Limitation of Liability

AdaptBioSciences is not liable for any damages arising from the misuse of products, including but not limited to use outside of legitimate research purposes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
